Subject: Last KMotion version to run on WinXP
Hi,

What is the latest version of KMotion & KMotionCNC that will install & run on WinXP. Our initial tests fail with the dotnet runtime refusing to install on the old platform. Unfortunately upgrading to Win 10 is not an option and the industrial PC's are ideal if able to get the KMotionCNC functioning.

Screen development can be done on another platform, just need the comms and front end to run on the machine's PC. Currently using 4.34j with Win 10 on the development laptop & Kflop board.

The latest Versions of KMotion and KMotion.exe should run on WinXP.  You can skip installing the .NET on Windows XP systems and only the .NET examples wont run including the KMotionCNC Screen Editor.  I believe the latest installer detects WinXP and does that automatically.  I just tried Version 4.34k in WinXP in VirtualBox and it installed and ran.
